Residents are housed in 1 or 2-bedroom flats and larger properties located within Greater London and the South West. Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a private garden.

Personalised Care

Each individual receives a customised care plan designed to meet their unique needs.

​

Support includes:

  • Oversight and guidance from a Registered Manager.

  • 24-hour staffing support providing continuous assistance.

  • Minimum 1:1 support, with the option for 2:1 support at an additional cost.

  • Sleep-in staff and waking night staff are available for night-time support.

  • Dedicated Senior Support Worker to assist individuals from entry through the transition stage.

  • 24-hour on-call senior management support and guidance.

  • Regular clinical risk reviews and governance with oversight from a Nurse Assessor.

  • Access to specialist services like Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy at enhanced costs.

 

Professional Development for Staff

  • Frontline staff complete the Care Certificate and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

  • Opportunities for specialised training and advancement to NVQ Levels 4 and 5.

  • Promotion of Independence and Autonomy
