Accommodation
Residents are housed in 1 or 2-bedroom flats and larger properties located within Greater London and the South West. Each residence includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a private garden.

Each individual receives a customised care plan designed to meet their unique needs.

Support includes:

Oversight and guidance from a Registered Manager.

24-hour staffing support providing continuous assistance.

Minimum 1:1 support, with the option for 2:1 support at an additional cost.

Sleep-in staff and waking night staff are available for night-time support.

Dedicated Senior Support Worker to assist individuals from entry through the transition stage.

24-hour on-call senior management support and guidance.

Regular clinical risk reviews and governance with oversight from a Nurse Assessor.

Access to specialist services like Speech and Language Therapy and Physiotherapy at enhanced costs.
Professional Development for Staff

Frontline staff complete the Care Certificate and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
